The Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa welcomes Mr. Bruno Rotschaedl as the new General Manager of the upscale property. He will be responsible for looking after the overall operations and business strategy of the resort, ensuring that initiatives undertaken are in positive alignment with the Renaissance brand and that progress continues at pace. efficient and coordinated towards the objectives.
Bringing a huge amount of experience to the table, Mr. Bruno has acquired the honed insight and strong operational skills to see global results achieved, having worked in hospitality his entire adult life, spanning 30 years, and busy numerous management positions in leading hotels around the world.
Starting out in the Food & Beverage department after graduating from a hotel management school in Austria, Bruno was quick to embark on a 30-year journey that revealed his talents and passion for hotel management, in 13 interesting destinations on 3 continents. The majority were among the top hotels under the Marriott umbrella, in locations as diverse as Austria, Germany, Poland, the United States, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand.
His last position before joining Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa was as General Manager of the respected Swissôtel Bangkok Ratchada, where his intuitive leadership proved invaluable to the company, as well as the complete renovation of such a large property. . He was twice awarded Best General Manager in Thailand in 2019 and 2020 by CMO GLOBAL during his time there.
