Two Irish hosting sites hit the market
Two Irish accommodations have appeared on the market.
The central hotel
The Central Hotel in Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim is the subject of a private treaty through DM Auctions Ltd for an additional € 175,000.
The property listing on dmauctions.com reads: “The old ‘Central Hotel‘ in need of a complete renovation for sale by mutual agreement.
“The property has full planning for a 10-room city hotel that will span approximately 626 square meters (6,735 square feet) with parking behind it.
“The property is located in downtown Manorhamilton.”
At present, the property covers approximately 522 square meters.
The corner house
The Corner House B&B and Café in Ballinagare, Co. Roscommon is being sold through Gordon Hughes Estate Agents for € 180,000.
