Williamsport, Pennsylvania – A housekeeper said it was several hours after departure when she discovered an unconscious man in a room with a screaming baby.

Emergency services located the man, an adult woman, a minor and an infant inside the room near the 1900 block of Third Street E. in Loyalsock.

Drew Alexander Barasky, 28, of Irving, TX and Audrey Anna Hines, 24, of Williamsport were charged with felonies after authorities managed to wake them up after several attempts. Officers conducted a protective sweep of the room and located several items of drug and cash paraphernalia.

Barasky told officers everything was his. Officers discovered $ 1,660 in cash, a digital tape scale, THC wax, a container with drugs and accessories, a blue credit card, pieces of plastic with residue, and four sandwich bags containing heroin / fentanyl.

Authorities said one of the four bags was open.

Barasky has been charged with first degree endangerment of children’s well-being and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Both of these charges are crimes.

Court records show Barasky has also been charged with several felons, including first degree bribery of minors, reckless second degree endangering another person, and use or possession of drug-related paraphernalia. . Baraksy was released on unsecured $ 75,000 bail on December 29 after being taken into custody.

Hines was charged with first degree felony endangering the well-being of children and first degree bribery of minors. She was released on December 29 after posting an unsecured bond of $ 50,000.

Barasky and Hines have pre-trial hearings scheduled with Judge Gary Whiteman on January 10.
